Most orders will leave the same day we receive them - if they arrive after our deadline they are posted the next working day.
We guarantee delivery or your money back.
Orders are fully insured. If you don't receive the goods we will send you a replacement, or refund you the full cost of the goods and delivery, if the item is out of stock. This does not apply when we have proof of delivery, in which case we would investigate the circumstances first.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER / RETURNS
- You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
- Notify us by e-mail or in writing within this period - e-mail address admin@corvoleather.com. A refund will be made within 30 days, if the goods are received in perfect condition within that period of time. Return delivery is at your cost.
- We will refund the full cost of the goods; we will only refund the delivery charge if the goods are faulty. If the goods have been damaged or used while in your possession then we will be unable to refund you.
